By submitting this employment application, you warrant that the submitted information is true to the best of your knowledge and belief and misrepresentations may disallow you from employment at Peachy Clean Maids. All employee applications are verified, including but not limited to work history verification and a thorough criminal background check through law enforcement agencies and/or independent firms.

All employees agree to a Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement and agree to comply with all company policies and procedures. If hired, you will be placed on probation for a minimum of ninety (90) days. Employment atPeachy Clean Maids is strictly at-will in accordance with North Carolina State Law.

As a full time employee, you are responsible for your children’s (if applicable) care while you are at work, your transportation means to and from work, and your ability to communicate with your employer when you can not come to work. These are not considered acceptable reasons for ongoing absence from work.You understand that as permitted by applicable law, you will be subject to urine and/or breath samples for substance abuse testing as a condition of employment for, pre-employment, at random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion and/or return to work status. You further authorize the results of such testing to be provided toPeachy Clean Maids.
